Initial Chat

I completely understand how crucial the relationship with your therapist is. I know it can be tough to make the right decision when it comes to selecting a therapist. Consultation

In our initial session, my aim is to understand more about your past, your current circumstances, and the key reasons for seeking therapy. This information will help me guide you towards the most appropriate next steps. Additionally, during this meeting, you'll have the opportunity to experience how I work, which will give you valuable insight into our therapeutic relationship going forward.

Weekly Sessions

Your weekly sessions will be set at the same time every week and will last for 50 minutes. This will be a safe space for you to navigate your emotional and psychological well-being. Together, we will delve deeply into the underlying causes of your emotional distress, and we'll also explore patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be contributing to your current struggles.
