Open-ended therapy
In weekly open-ended therapy, there's no rush to find a predetermined end date it progresses at your natural pace. This gives us the space and time to deeply explore the root causes of your emotional distress, behavioural patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may impact your current struggles. It's a commitment to your journey, from me and from you, and the way we work together is tailored to your unique process.
Short-term therapy
I understand that facing current difficulties such as relationship breakups, job changes, or the loss of a loved one can be incredibly challenging. The 12-week introductory therapy program is designed specifically for individuals with no prior therapy experience. While many individuals choose to continue therapy beyond the initial 12 weeks, we will discuss and determine this decision together during our sessions.
